Purpose and goal

The purpose of the Expert Groups is to gather industry, academia and institutes in the areas of strength in Produktion2030. The Expert groups meet regularly or, if necessary, on behalf of the steering group or program office, in order to discuss, prioritize challenges and opportunities in their area of strength. The expert groups are led by 12 younger research leaders from universities.
In this way, Produktion2030 can be in contact with, a large number of actors within the field of production.

Results and expected effects

Expert group leaders take their own initiatives within their areas of strength, such as workshops and conferences. Expert group leaders are employed at different technical universities, in this way, Production2030 has also strengthened collaboration between universities.

An example of activity within an Expert Group:
Expert Group 5. Circular production and maintenance, contributed to a conference in circular production / re-manufacturing at LiU in October 2017. More information here: https://liu.se/nyhet/experter-pa-aterproduktion-samlades-pa- Liu.

Approach and implementation
