Digital Tech Workshop – Predict wear and deterioration of machines with AI – Data-driven maintenance

Do you want to learn how to use data to predict the maintenance needs of machinery and other assets? Do your machines generate data that could be used for condition monitoring? Are you unsure of what all this data can be used for and how it can create value? We go through concrete examples of how data-driven maintenance can be done - so that you can take the next step within your organization.

Techtank Conference 2022

TECHTANK CONFERENCE: Smart Solutions for a Sustainable Production - Applied methods and tools within stamping, forming and its supporting processes   THIS YEAR’S KEYNOTE SPEAKER: We are very happy to announce our Keynote speaker for Techtank Conference 2022, Professor Julian Allwood FREng, University of Cambridge, who will give a talk on Steel and aluminium in a zero emissions world. For more information about our Keynote speaker, please see attached flyer.

Digital Tech Workshop – Project Circular Economy

A large part of the world's products have been designed with production, use, and disposal in mind, which depletes the planet's resources (linear economy). A circular economy, promoted by the EU for sustainable development, contradicts this approach and represents a systemic shift that builds long-term resilience, generates business and economic opportunities and provides environmental and societal benefits. Join this workshop to start your path to a circular economy!

The Manufacturing Cluster Conference 2021

How far have we reached and where are we moving? What steps have been taken and what will happen in the future regarding sustainable production? These questions will be answered at the Manufacturing R&D Cluster Conference, May 5 - 6, 2021. Leaders from Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Scania CV, and The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association (FKG) will give concrete examples of measures they have already introduced and their plans for further digitization and sustainability of production systems and value chains.

Materials for Tomorrow

This year's Materials for Tomorrow conference will be different. Due to the world-wide pandemy, we have decided to have this event online, via Zoom. You will be able to listen to all the presentations on your computer, wherever you are, and ask questions to the speakers via the chat functionality in the client. The conference is free of charge and open to all. Since there is no need to travel, it is our hope that we will be able to welcome more International participants than usual.

Technology Workshop Pilot Product Innovation

In a world with quick changes there are big demands on enterprises to develop their production, not just for survival but also to contribute to a suistainable society. It is no longer about only improving the production that you have, but it is now also about being able to think in a new way and being able to catch the opportunities that are thrown your way. Find the innovative power within your production and begin the journey towards developping it to a profitable business.

The mind of the machine – digital twins and processing intelligence

Industrial design and engineering, as well as healthcare, are facing unprecedented challenges with product complexity and increasingly faster innovation cycles. A key enabler of digitalization is virtual models of processes, products or services. By pairing the virtual and physical worlds we allow for analysis of data and monitoring of systems to take care of problems before they even occur. New opportunities are awaiting around the corner. This seminar presents opportunities in production with support from digital solutions from process to system.

CIRP IPS2 conference

The CIRP IPS2 conference will return to Linköping, where it was hosted in 2010! Linköping will be the first to host this conference for the second round – and on its 10th anniversary! Building upon this established conference series, the theme in 2018 will be resource efficient and effective solutions (REES), because our societies face increasing demands to better address resource and environmental challenges, and considering that IPS2 (Industrial Product-Service Systems) has much in common with REES.
