"New Skills for Future Manufacturing", The Role of Digitisation for an Educated, Productive and Healthy Workforce

The World Manufacturing Forum™ (WMF) Technical Day is intended to focus on current shop-floor and management challenges for manufacturers. New solutions utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies and sharing best practices with industry are intended to help companies find a pathway to low-cost solutions toward advanced manufacturing. Attendees will acquire a better understanding of methods to remain competitive in the next ten years from sessions on manufacturing costing, new and efficient use of materials, digital transformation and management, up-skilling its workforce, and enhancing manufacturing capabilities.

Speakers and sessions will include representatives from: Airbus, ASM International, ANSYS Inc., CAM-I, Grant Thornton LLP, Granta Design Ltd., National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, QuesTek Innovations, SAP, Thermo-Calc, TimkenSteel Corporation and more.

Registration includes: Access to all WMF Technical Day sessions, networking and coffee breaks, lunch, and cocktail networking reception.

Please note that participation in the WMF Technical Day is supplemental the the WMF Membership and Plenary Sessions. A WMF Membership is not required to attend the Technical Day.
