A workshop about the challenges surrounding the industrialisation of additive manufacturing of metal components, amore flexible production industry and adaptations etc. We arrange this web-based workshop for small and medium-sized enterprises via Produktion2030. Welcome!
The workshop will be lead by Lars-Erik Rännar, from the Mid Sweden University, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering.
The development toward shorter series makes additive manufacturing all the more interesting. Additive manufacturing presents new geometric possibilities to construct objects of less weight with new functions, new material and with reduced wastage.
How do you use the technology to optimise the manufacturing process and/or the product? The workshop will provide an insight into the technology as well as how you can conclude what details are suitable for it and that may increase competitiveness. How can we create new business models for increased competitiveness? What will be needed in the future?
