The Manufacturing Cluster Conference 2021

The Manufacturing Cluster Conference 2021

How far have we reached and where are we moving? What steps have been taken and what will happen in the future regarding sustainable production? These questions will be answered at the Manufacturing R&D Cluster Conference, May 5 - 6, 2021. Leaders from Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Scania CV, and The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association (FKG) will give concrete examples of measures they have already introduced and their plans for further digitization and sustainability of production systems and value chains.

Our vision is to develop economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manufacturing systems that are capable of effectively supplying the market with innovative products of the future. For this purpose, the Swedish automotive industry has initiated a structure for coordination of research and development – The Swedish Manufacturing R&D Clusters.

The conference is organised by the clusters together with leading R&D performers in Sweden. Main organisers are the automotive industry in Sweden in collaboration with the The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association, RISE, SuPr/Södertälje Science Park, Production2030 and FFI Sustainable Production.

We look forward to meeting you!
