Three years ago, a number of leading Swedish industrial companies decided to participate in the project Flexkraft – Flexible business models for sustainable competitiveness. Together their goal was to better understand the motivations, methods and impact of a more efficient way to manage a transition from being a product-based business to become service-focused. This change requires flexibility on several different levels: strategic, tactical and operational.
