From waste to resource. Closing the water balance in industry

To achieve the most resource efficient production it is necessary to also prioritize the water usage in industrial processes. Historically water efficiency has not been an area of major focus. In this project a tool to systematically develop company specific and long term strategies for combined water and resource efficiency will be evaluated. Focus on the tool is practical applicability, resource efficiency and cost effectiveness, and the initial effort will be zero emissions of wastewater.
