Intended learning outcomes and course content

The intended learning outcomes (ILOs) are based on the actual course syllabus for the course, Organizational learning, 5 credits.

The course is centered around organizational learning and learning organizations, the ability to exploit and explore knowledge, competence and capabilities in organizations. After completion of the course, the course participant should have:

The course includes several activities, hand-ins, seminars, and exercises, see course syllabus. There are only three mandatory meetings, where only Meeting 1 is physical. Meeting 2 and Meeting 3 are online in Teams.

Examination

Credit point registration of the examination of the course follows Table 1.

The entire course is graded pass/fail. It is required to pass all parts of the course to pass the course. Detailed descriptions of the examination and its assessment with respect to the seminars and the assignments are found in the course syllabus.

Teams is the learning platform to handle all course material and submissions exchanged between students and teachers. Submissions for examination sent by e-mail are not accepted.

Fee for late drop-out

This course is included in the Produktion2030 program, and it is therefore free of charge for PhD student members of Graduate School Produktion2030. However, in case of drop-out later than 3 weeks before course start, a fee of 1 000 SEK per course credit will be charged the student’s home institution.
