This much appreciated course will in theory and practice develop the participant’s skill in analyzing and comparing product development and production systems in different countries. Participants will visit Swedish as well as International companies and on a theoretical base, analyse and discuss product development and production from a global perspective.
2025 European resilience: We will travel and visit companies and universities in Western/Central Europe

Application should Include: Short 1 page CV, including research topic, research progression (lic. completed) or percentage completed. Short list of published articles. (and university affiliation). Also include your nationality and a statement that you can travel to EU/Schengen countries (i.e. no obvious foreseeable visa issues).
Fee for late drop-out
This course is included in the Produktion2030 program, and it is therefore free of charge for PhD student members of Graduate School Produktion2030. However, in case of drop-out later than 3 weeks before course start, a fee of 1 000 SEK per course credit will be charged the student’s home institution.
