Ph.D. Scholar In Industrial Engineering and Management
My research is focused on collaboration in sustainable public procurement (SPP), contributing to understanding the complexity of SPP by focusing on the role of collaboration between stakeholders in developing sustainability solutions through public procurement.
Felippe Santos is a Ph.D. Scholar at the University of Gävle, Sweden, and an Early Stage Researcher at SAPIENS Network (Sustainability and Procurement in International, European and National Systems), as a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Brasilia, Brazil, and a M.B.A. in Public Management and a M.Sc. in Governance and Development from the National School of Public Administration, Brazil. He was a Brazilian civil servant for sixteen years, working at the Ministry of Education, a Regional Court Labour, the Federal Public Defenders’ Office, and the Brazilian Hospital Services Company. His research has focused on public procurement, public management, governance, organisations, and sustainability.
